It’s a great way to get essentials nutrients while keeping your calories low. It make it easier to achieve a calorie deficit without experiencing hunger and fatigue. It will boost your energy level support muscle maintenance, boost your immune system, prolong your satiety, prevent overeating and prevent snacking between meals.
We add spinach, chia seeds, berries, protein powder, Super greens blend, and moss gel. Sea moss alone contains 92 out of the 102 minerals that the human body needs, including 10 of the most vital minerals and vitamins such as potassium, sulfur, iodine, iron, vitamin b12, magnesium, Calcium, silicon, copper, phosphorus and much more. You can also add healthy fats like avocado and nuts
1. Add 4-6oz (150g approx.) of Spinach to blender
2. Add 1 Cup of Berries
3. Add 4 tablespoons of Chia Seeds
4. Add 4-5 tablespoons of Sea moss gel
5. Add 2 servings of Protein powder
6. Add 1-2 bananas
7. Add 12-16oz of Almond Milk (optional)
8. Add 8-12oz of water
9. Blend, serve
Note: though I don’t think it’s necessary, you can add 2 tablespoons of raw honey if you want a sweeter taste.
All you really need is one or 2 meals a day packed with the nutrients your body needs. That’s 10 times better than your average meal.
This recipe is for 40oz approx. (1.2L) for 2 days. servings).
